Rich, Mexican inspired flavours of smokey Chipotle chillies, cumin and cinnamon cut through by the sharp acidity of sour cherries elevates anything vaguely Mexican or Tex-Mex (We're looking at you fajitas!) or even just some nice fatty meat like pork belly, burgers or beef shortribs.
We'd say this is on the higher end of a medium heat - yes, a chipotle sauce with some kick- It's about time!

Fermented chipotle chillies (smoked Jalapeños, salt, vinegar), sour cherry puree (sour cherries, sugar), water, spirit vinegar, Tomato, garlic, onion, sea salt, Oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, Xanthan Gum (Gluten & Dairy free)
