This sauce was made for Breakfast, Brunch and weirdly turns out to be the ULTIMATE companion to Paella.
Of course you can use it in a bloody mary too, this sauce combines Tabasco peppers, tomatoes, preserved lemons, pickles and black pepper.
Classic flavours to make an unusual hot sauce - that you don't need to be hungover to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Passata (Tomato, Citric acid)
Fermented Tabasco Chillies
(Salt, Acetic acid)
Preserved Lemons (Water, Salt,
Safflower, Nigella seeds)
Gherkins (Water, Salt, Garlic, Fennel)
Onion, Black Pepper, Cloves,
Xanthan Gum (Gluten & Dairy Free)
